At DcD, we encourage all of our students (Pre-Ballet and up) to participate in our 2 performances, The Children’s Nutcracker and The Triple Bill. Performance is an integral part of dance training and we hold our performances at a professional theater adding excitement for dancers at all levels!

There are 2 levels of participation in DcD performances. All dancers ages 3-8 are considered participants, and the cost is $200 which includes costume and theater rental, rehearsal time and a cast t-shirt. Once a student reaches the age of 9 they may continue as a participant or they may choose to make a larger commitment and join the Jr. Company. This is a decision that should be considered by both the dancer and the parent as it involves much bigger time and financial commitments. Dancers are eligible to join the Jr. Company at the age of 9.
